Chipotle Chicken

About the Recipe
In my family we like spicy food, and we make chicken once in a while. It is not super spicy, but it has a kick to it. In my family we love it.
Ingredients
- 5 pounds chicken breast
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can chipotle peppers
- 2 cups sour cream
- ¼ cup of milk of choice
- Pinch of salt
- 3 to 5 tablespoons of oil
Directions
- Cut the chicken breast into strips. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet to medium heat. Add chicken and sear chicken until fully cooked. Turn chicken and add additional oil as needed to prevent burning.
- In a blender, place the cream cheese, chipotle pepper, sour cream, milk, salt, and blend thoroughly. Once blended, pour over chicken and mix.
