About the Recipe
Asada fries are one of my favorite foods. I would usually ask my mother to make me some. Every time my mother made me this dish it was the best thing I ate. Nothing can compete with my mother's cooking. My mom got this dish from her mother and her mother got it from her aunt. Now it was my turn to learn how to make them, it was fun and easy. I love cooking with my mom.
