Rachel lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon, with her husband, son, and daughter. When she's not working, she enjoys skiing and hiking with her family, growing vegetables on her community farm plot, volunteering with her local food bank, hosting gatherings, traveling, and researching and planning her next travel adventure.
