Small Goals for Big Success: 9 Tips for Success in 2018
Did you know that only 8 percent of Americans keep their New Year’s resolutions? Many resolutions fail because behavior change is hard, and we try to tackle too much at once. Instead of making grand health-related resolutions, try a #NewDaysResolution—set small daily, weekly or monthly goals throughout the year to form new habits and improve your health.
Set the small goal. Work on it. Once you achieve it or form a new habit, move on to another!
What are some small targets you can start aiming for today?
Here are 9 tips for success in 2018:

2. Try a new recipe
