Make a New Day’s Resolution
Every year, the morning talk shows, the magazines and friends on social media are talking about their New Year’s Resolutions. But what if we made a New Day’s Resolution? What if instead of setting a yearlong health goal, we set a small health goal we could accomplish in a single day?
That’s the concept behind our #NewDaysResolution.
Try drinking 8 glasses of water tomorrow, or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Commit to getting that extra hour of sleep or cooking a new, healthy recipe. Pledge to take 20 minutes to relax your mind and mediate.
