Sean Brock serves as an National Advisor II for Whole Child Health.  In this role, he supports a variety of content areas and leads Healthier Generation’s work in physical education and physical activity.  He provides technical assistance, resources and high-quality professional learning experiences for schools, out of school time sites, and youth serving organizations.  Sean is an experienced educator and has worked at the local, state, and national levels to create healthier environments and programs that support young people in developing lifelong healthy habits.

Prior to joining the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, Sean served in K-12 education working in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina as a health/physical education teacher, athletic coach, school-based administrator, district administrator and state coordinator.  Sean has extensive experience in developing curriculum, instructional assets, standards-based instruction, educational technology, and professional learning.  He has delivered over 250+ professional development trainings, keynotes, and national conference presentations in the areas of school health.  Sean is passionate about developing high quality physical education/physical activity programs and creating student-centered systems that support the needs of all young people.

Sean holds a Master of Science in educational leadership and a Bachelor of Science in physical education from Valdosta State University (GA).
