No Contract (or a Contract that Doesn’t Specify Beverage Types)

If your work with your vendor is through a “handshake” agreement and not a written contract, or a contract that doesn’t specify beverage types, have a conversation with your provider about making these changes.  Your vendor should accommodate your requests quickly.  If you are having trouble reaching your vendor or there are issues with your request, please contact the Alliance and we will work with you to resolve the problem. If your contract doesn’t specify the types of beverages offered, you may want to create an amendment to the contract stating that products must meet the Alliance School Beverage Guidelines.
